Dialectyc
An AI agent platform for WhatsApp and other messaging channels: it handles leads, qualifies them, and helps you book appointments without losing conversations.
Dialectyc is the application. If you enable the Google Calendar integration, we request access to your Google Calendar user data (availability and events on the primary calendar you authorize) so the AI agent can check free slots and create appointments agreed with your leads in the conversation.

Google Calendar integration
This is an optional feature for your business. When enabled, your agent can work with your Google Calendar. We set it up with you step by step in a personal onboarding with the Dialectyc team (not an automatic self-serve flow from this website).
What the agent does with your calendar
- Checks your availability on the primary calendar you authorize in Google.
- Suggests slots to the lead and, when it fits, can create the appointment using the attendee email from the conversation.
- Only accesses the calendar you explicitly connect; we do not use other calendars without your authorization.

Privacy and data
We only process what is needed to run the integration (encrypted tokens, on-demand Calendar API calls). We do not keep a permanent copy of your calendar on our servers. To operate the agent, conversation content (and appointment-related details as needed) may be processed by AI providers; Google access tokens are not shared with them. Today the integration uses the primary calendar of the connected account. We may add more options later (additional or shared calendars); we will notify you in advance.
